Running Multiple Test Cases back to back (Regression)

Hi,

I am currently doing a verification project in NCSIM which has Xilinx MIG as one of its component. MIG needs to be calibrated (takes time) before simulation. Right know this initialization needs to be repeated for each and every test case(while running regression) which is time consuming.

I would like to know whether multiple test cases can be run in the same simulation without MIG calibration happening each and every time ?
I have tried the "Save and Restore" feature of NCSIM, where I save the snapshot of the simulation after calibration is done and then load this snapshot for running subsequent tests. But this doesn't seem to work because the simulator ends up running the same test even when I instruct it to run a different test through script.

   I would like to know,
1. Is there anything wrong in what I've done with respect to save & restore feature ?
2. Is there any other way to run different test cases back to back without requiring MIG calibration each and every time ?
(I know that Cadence Enterprise Manager can be used for the above purpose. But, I would like to know whether there is an option other than Enterprise Manager).

(The entire Verification is carried out in System Verilog UVM)

Regards,
Lijo
